Health Governance Unit, Medical Technology Center, Medical Research Institute, Alexandria University, held one day workshop on “Hospital Governance”in December 20, 2018. The workshop was attended by representatives from World Health Organization, Alexandria Health Affairs Directorate, Ministry of Health Hospitals and Health Insurance Hospitals. The workshop aimed at introducing the concept of board governance for effective stewardship of healthcare organizations.
